Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We offer 3 different payment methods: PayPal, Phone us with your Credit Card Details and Cheque.

PayPal - You do not need a PayPal account to pay using this means. PayPal accept all major credit and debit cards. Your account will be debited immediately, but if we find we cannot fulfil you order we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you either a partial or full refund through PayPal.

Phone us with your Credit Card Details - You will be given a form which you can print off with your order number on it. If you wish to pay over the phone by credit card choose this option. We can accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express.

Cheque - If you wish to pay by cheque, we will not be able to ship the goods to you until the cheque clears. We will advise you accordingly.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling The prices we charge for shipping within the UK are listed on our Postage Rates page. If you live outside of the UK we will ship the packet by Royal Mail Airmail.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days . International orders are generally received in under 7 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is already added. Orders from North America and Canada are VAT free. We welcome orders from other countries and trade orders, but please e-mail us first.

Please be aware that Paulines Patchwork cannot be responsible for any Import duties applied to your order. These will depend on your governments policy at the time of import.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, your credit card details are not held on our server. You will either be able to use PayPal to securely record your card details or you can choose to send your credit card details separately.
